Terms of participation
- Participation is at your own risk. Every participant starts on their own responsibility and declares that their health allows them to complete the race. The organiser is not liable for damage to participants' health or property.
- Insurance (e.g. mountain insurance) is recommended but not mandatory.
- Minimum age: 18, no exceptions.
- Mandatory equipment: a mobile phone.
- The course runs through the Low Tatras National Park. Stay on the marked course, all litter belongs in the bags at the aid station or at the finish, and follow the instructions of the organisers and the National Park authority.
- Time limit: a 1 h 15 min cut-off at the aid station. Anyone outside the limit ends the race – they turn around and descend along the marked route.
- Changes or cancellation: the organiser may interrupt or cancel the race or change the course due to weather, force majeure or a National Park authority decision. In that case the entry fee carries over to the next edition.

- Race numbers are not transferable without the organiser's consent.
- By registering, participants confirm their agreement with these terms.

What data and why: During registration (via the raceresult portal) we process your name, surname, year of birth, gender, e-mail and club/town – to organise the race and compile the start list and results. Legal basis: performance of a contract (your participation in the race).
Publication: The start list and results (name, year of birth, category, time) are published on this website and on the raceresult portal – the legitimate interest of a sports event organiser. We take photos and videos at the event and may publish them on the race website.
Data processor: Registration and timing are technically provided by raceresult (raceresult privacy policy).
Retention: Results are kept permanently as the sporting record of the event; other registration data for 2 years.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection – write to info@behnaslema.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies: This website uses no cookies and no marketing trackers.
